The occupancy of the rooms is from 4 p.m.

In individual cases and by arrangement, possibly earlier.

We have 6 smoking rooms that need to be split among family celebrations.

Please consider who is eligible, otherwise you may have 3 rooms less.

Room cost if you host a family celebration with us and have a buffet:

15,- Euro pro Person im Standard DZ

20, - Euro per person in a junior suite double room

Prices only on the day of the celebration

The standard breakfast costs 6.90 euros

per person and day.

parking spot

Parking: € 3.00 per day in the hotel car park.

€ 10.00 on the seat for restaurant guests

Can you celebrate from 3 p.m.?

Yes, you are also welcome to bring the cake with you or we will get it for you.

Price with cake, coffee and tea: 12 euros per person.

If you bring the cake cut:

6,- Euro pro Person

for uncut cakes 7 euros per person.

Fireworks

You are welcome to burn down fireworks with us. You have to register this at the Wolmirstedt Public Order Office. Cost: 25, - Euro (except on New Year's Eve) We can also organize system fireworks from professionals with or without music for you.

Private driving service

If you or your guests prefer to sleep at home or we don't have any vacancies, we can also offer a driving service. Costs per trip up to 10 km are 12 euros and over 10 km per km 1.30 euros.

Buffet

After about 1.5 hours, when everyone has finished with the hot portion, we will ask you what else you would like to take with you and we will weld it in for you free of charge.

The cold part then remains until the end and is then disposed of.

We are not allowed to put anything that is left over from the buffet for the next breakfast.

The buffets are suggestions in the first list, which can also be adapted on request.

Children are charged as follows at the buffet:

Children up to 6 years: free of charge

Children from 7 to 13 years: 2 children = 1 adult

Children over 14 years are charged in full

Except for mid-table buffets for 10 people or more. We offer a children's menu for this.

Beverage flat rates

For flat rates, children are charged as follows:

Children up to 13 years of age based on actual consumption.

Child from 4 to 13 years: half price of the selected package

Children aged 14 and over pay the full flat rate.

Pets free of charge

Pets must be registered as we only have 2 rooms for dogs.

If these two rooms are occupied, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of 5 euros.

cancellation

The celebration must always be canceled in writing at least 3 months before your celebration (only cancellations by email, fax or letter are accepted). If this does not happen, costs can be charged according to our terms and conditions (of course not in the event of force majeure). The terms and conditions can be found on our website. You will always receive a cancellation notice from us.

Cancellations by individuals

Take into account free of charge on Tuesday 10:00 p.m. before your party.

Cancellations of a beverage package can be taken into account until the start of your celebration.

Room as soon as possible, but at least 2 days before arrival, so that we still have the chance

We take a deposit for the buffet ordered

7 to 10 days before the celebration.

The price for the buffet by bank transfer,

EC card or cash.

The rest (drinks, room, breakfast, parking space, etc.) in the morning after the party in cash or with an EC card.
